Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the PNP Trust Receipts for the month of June 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (PhP4,804,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Heroes Hall (Interior) and Acad Lounge under Public Bidding PNPA INFRA-2025-31. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Complete Performance and delivery of the Procurement Project for the Improvement of Heroes Hall (Interior) and Acad Lounge is required within 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rule...
