Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the Reversion and Reprogramming of Unobligated/Unutilized Trust Receipts Funds and Balances from the Implemented/Completed Trust Receipts Funded Projects, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP1,361,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Outside Electrical System of New PNPA Chapel under Public Bidding PNPA INFRA-2025-30. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Complete Performance and delivery of the Procurement Project for the Outside Electrical System of New PNPA Chapel is required within 21 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
