Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the PNP Trust Receipt Fund for the month of November 2024, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP7,889,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of Facilities at Forensic Science Building under Public Bidding PNPA INFRA-2025-18. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Complete Performance and delivery of the Procurement Project for the Upgrading of Facilities at Forensic Science Building is required within 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
