Description : 1. The Philippine National Police Academy through the PNP Trust Receipt for the month of October 2024, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (PhP6,785,468.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Upgrading of Electrical System of Academics Building, PNPA under Public Bidding PNPA INFRA 2025-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Police Academy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Complete Performance and delivery of the Procurement Project for the Upgrading of Electrical System of Academic Building, PNPA is required within 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
