1. The Local Government Unit of Aguinaldo, Ifugao, through the 2024-S intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PNP OUTPOST COMPLETION (JACMAL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
