Description : The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a procurement through Negotiated Procurement- Small Value Procurement Section 53.9 of RA 9184 in connection with the procurement of Additional Internet Annual Subscription (Backup ISP) amounting to Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (₱ 96,000.00), inclusive of taxes and other charges under applicable laws.
