Description : Invitation to Bid for Opening of Bungabong Road Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao del Norte
1. The Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Norte, through the Annual Performance Budget for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Two Pesos and Fifty-Two Centavos (P19,914,702.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-Bid: Opening of Bungabong Road Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao del Norte with Project ID No. PMDN-CW-2024-0040. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty Eight (168) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
