The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), through the Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php16,300,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance of One (1) Lot Linear Accelerator, Varian Brand, Model Clinac-CX with Serial no. HCX6197 and Bearing PGH Property No. 16P-1893 Including Built-In Chiller under Project Reference No.: PM22-074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
