1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (MOOE 2025, 5-02-03-070) intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos and Fifty Seven Centavos (₱17,127,469.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for the Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-NV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
