The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (MOOE 2025, 5-02-03-080) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and Forty Centavos (₱2,419,464.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical, Laboratory, Dental, Radiology and Wellness Supplies for the Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-NV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
