Instructions:
a) Official copy of the Request for Quotation form must be secured from the BAC prior to the submission of bid quotation.
b) Quotation/s must include all taxes.
c) Quotation/Proposal shall be submitted to the Chairman, BAC, National Irrigation Administration, Carmen, Davao Del Norte.
d) Only sealed canvasses shall be accepted.
e) The Bidder is required to affix his/her signature across the flap of the sealed envelope.
f) Technical Specifications for the items to be bid are detailed in the Request for Quotation Form.

Interested bidders may inquire from the BAC Chairman if in need of clarifications.

The National Irrigation Administration assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the quotation.
