Description : 1)The Intramuros Administration, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 97/100 PESOS ONLY (₱2,567,500.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Plaza Roma Landscape Design (Supply, Delivery and Installation of Softscape Materials). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Intramuros Administration now invites bids for Plaza Roma Landscape Design (Supply, Delivery and Installation of Softscape Materials) using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) Calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
