2) Each plaque shall be individually boxed (special box) and securely wrapped in bubble wrap.
3) Schedule of Delivery:
Plaques for Top Performer Awards & Service Awards shall be delivered not later than December 5, 2025
4) The final approved text to be printed on the plaques, the specimen signatures of IPOPHL officers, and the final list of awardees shall be provided to the supplier once the Purchase Order has been issued.
5) Warranty period: Any manufacturing defects shall be corrected by the Supplier at no cost to the Bank.
