Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PIPELINE IMPROVEMENT AT F. BANGOY ST. AND STA. ANA AVENUE (UNDER TSWDP PART B)

1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty - Six Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP26,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PIPELINE IMPROVEMENT AT F. BANGOY ST. AND STA. ANA AVENUE (UNDER TSWDP PART B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Eighty (280) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (The details of the contract duration are contained in Section V. Special Condition od Contract, SCC Clause 2 of the Bidding Documents). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
