1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty - Eight Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP28,780,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PIPELINE IMPROVEMENT ALONG MALAGAMOT ROAD (MALAGAMOT BRIDGE SECTION) - FROM JCT. MALAGAMOT-COMMUNAL ROAD TO JCT. DOÑA CONSUELO VILLAGE (MAINLINE IMPROVEMENT/REPLACEMENT PROJECT). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
