Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PIPELINE EXPANSION AT BARANGAY LASANG (PUROK GEMINI GOING TO PUROK FATIMA AND PUROK SAGITARIUS GOING TO TAMBONGON

1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php22,020,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PIPELINE EXPANSION AT BARANGAY LASANG (PUROK GEMINI GOING TO PUROK FATIMA AND PUROK SAGITARRIUS GOING TO TAMBONGON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (The details of the contract duration are contained in Section V.
