Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PIPELINE EXPANSION ALONG PANUNTUNGAN ROAD & INTERIOR ROADS OF ROSALINDA VILLAGE PHASES I, II AND III

1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php13,630,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PIPELINE EXPANSION ALONG PANUNTUNGAN ROAD & INTERIOR ROADS OF ROSALINDA VILLAGE PHASES I, II AND III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (The details of the contract duration are contained in Section V. Special Condition od Contract, SCC Clause 2 of the Bidding Documents). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
