Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SERVICE AWARD RINGS AND GONGS OF HONOR FOR THE THIRD-TERMER AWARDEES

1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the CY 2025 Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Pesos (Php321,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tuba Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
