The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), through the (DBM) SARO intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (Php 10,000,000.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR OPHTHALMOLOGY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is required by (a) manufactured locally - thirty (30) calendar days, (b) manufactured in other countries - forty five (45) calendar days (please be guided by Hospital Order No. 2023-06 “Policy on Delivery Period--).
