The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6,900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF DIFFERENT MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) COILS AND UPS BATTERY PIN 2025-04-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DJNRMHS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Equipment is required by (a) manufactured locally - thirty (30) calendar days, (b) manufactured in other countries - forty five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
