PIN 2025-010-025

1) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,960,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS MULTI-SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT FOR THE INTERNAL MEDICINE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is required by (a) manufactured locally - thirty (30) calendar days, (b) manufactured in other countries - forty five (45) calendar days (please be guided by Hospital Order No. 2023-06 “Policy on Delivery Period--).
