  The Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), through the NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (407,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of liquefied Petroleum Gas (EPA CY: 2025) -Rebid PIN 2024-11-039A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The DJNRMHS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days/Delivery Schedule . Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
