The Philippine Information Agency-CAR will host the PIA Management Conference on 15-16 December 2025 at PIA-CAR Building, DPS Compound Baguio City. To ensure proper participant accommodation and an efficient event setup, the organization requires the rental of tables, chairs, and full venue setup services.

The objective of this procurement is to engage a qualified service provider to supply and set up tables, chairs, and additional venue layout requirements necessary for the event.

The selected service provider will be responsible for the following:
Supply and Delivery
• Provide tables and chairs in the quantities specified below (or as per final event plan).
• Ensure all items delivered are clean, presentable, and in good condition.
• Deliver all items to the event venue on the agreed date and time.

Setup and Arrangement
• Complete full venue setup according to the event layout approved by the client.
• Arrange tables and chairs for 80pax with classroom style.
• Provide floor plan suggestions if requested.
