INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES
WITH VENUE FOR THE TECHNOLOGY OF PARTICIPATION 1(TOP 1)

ACTIVITY FOR C.Y 2025

The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for C.Y 2025,
intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱
450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
for the PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE FOR THE
TECHNOLOGY OF PARTICIPATION 1(TOP 1) ACTIVITY FOR C.Y 2025with
Procurement Reference No. C-2025-006 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.

Delivery of the Goods is required within 1 DAY UPON THE REQUEST OF THE END-
USER after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar

to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of
