Description : SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES:

(1) PHOTO DOCUMENTATION

a. Provide High-resolution ABOVE-WATER, UNDERWATER, SIDE, TOP, and AERIAL photos of the sites and attractions visited, activities conducted, participants, guests, and organizers during the 4-day event.

b. Photos must be HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG FILES (at least 300 pixels)

c. Must provide BOTH RAW AND EDITED photos

d. Photos must include:
i. Wide landscape shot of the site/attraction/destination;
ii. Dynamic photos of activities and/or participants doing tour activities;
iii. Panorama shot of sites/attractions;
iv. Aerial shots of natural attractions/ landscapes;
v. Portrait shots of participants conducting tour activities

(2) VIDEO DOCUMENTATION AND PRODUCTION

a. One (1) 2-5 minute AVP for the 4-day event;

b. One (1) 30 to 60 second teaser/promotional video of the 4-day event

c. Four (4) 30 to 60 second promotional video (1 promo video per day)
