Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Photocopying Services for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The project shall be located at PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, for a period of one (1) year
upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for complete details.

Proposals including conformed Terms of Reference may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before October 24, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
