The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through 2024 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php2,975,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for PHASE I: CONSTRUCTION OF MDRRM OPERATION CENTER @ Brgy. Old Manunca, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

The Municipality of Sta. Rita Samar, through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors and registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply and to bid for the proposed project:
