Invitation to Bid

for the

PHASE 2 - REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF FOREST PRODUCTS INNOVATION AND TRAINING CENTER AT ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY, CABAGAN, ISABELA

1. The FOREST PRODUCTS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (FPRDI) through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 6,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) (inclusive of VAT) to payments under the contract for Phase 2 - Repair and Improvement of Forest Products Innovation and Training Center at Isabela State University, Cabagan, Isabela.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The FPRDI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Project is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
