Description : Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, we invite legally, technically, and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the NTRC on subject requirement.

Negotiations shall be open to all interested bidders. The conduct of the negotiation shall be through videoconferencing using the Google Meet. All prospective bidders are advised to contact the BAC Secretariat through email at bacsecretariat@ntrc.gov.ph or landline no. (02) 5322-4401 local 7001, in advance or before the scheduled procurement activity, to get login details for the Google meeting.

The NTRC shall evaluate technical and financial proposals of the consultants using the Quality Based Evaluation (QBE) procedure. The criteria for the evaluation of technical proposal shall be:
