Description : 1. The National Tax Research Center (NTRC), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Phase 2 Development and Enhancement of the Fiscal Incentives Registration and Monitoring System with Identification No. PB-CB-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The NTRC now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the abovementioned Project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before the schedule provided below. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
