- The World Bank seeks an experienced firm, university, think tank, or non-government organizaton that can undertake a systematic just transition assessment in the Philippines on Leveraging the Renewable Energy (RE) Transition for Inclusive Job Creation and Local Development in Low and Middle-Income Regions. The assignment will entail consolidating and collecting data on communities and regions expected to receive RE investments as part of the country's energy transition, analyze policy contraints and reform priorities for enabling and incentivising LGUs and communities to leverage RE investments for inclusive job creation and local economic development, and quantify complementary investments needs and priorities. The draft TOR is included in this REOI and the final TOR will be included with the RFP.
