The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (₱ 7,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR-POWERED DESALINATION
PLANT FOR POTABLE WATER SUPPLY AT BILANG-BILANGAN ISLAND,
TUBIGON, BOHOL FOR THE 1ST QUARTER OF C.Y 2025 with Procurement
Reference No. 2025-000107 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
