INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CALIBRATION SERVICES
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (₱ 478,650.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CALIBRATION SERVICES with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within (30 DAYS) after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The description on an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
