Description : PEST CONTROL TREATMENT FOR DUMAGUETE AIRPORT (1 LOT)

Scope of Work:

1st Treatment
Frequency: 1-30 Days

*Conduct thorough inspection on all wooden materials found in the whole area of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF;
*Conducts Spraying on all affected areas & non affected areas of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF;
*Inject termite treatment on crevices & cracks of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF;
*Conduct rodding/drilling throughout perimeter of the area (approx. 600 holes) of PTB, Admin Building, ARFF and Met Mast;
*Installation of Termite Bait Stations throughout the area (approx. 60 pcs) of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF;
*Prevention of rat infestation and extermination of pest in office furniture, fixtures, & equipment of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF

2nd - 12th Month
Frequency: Monthly

*Follow - up treatment by spraying affected & non-affected areas & monitoring of all bait station of PTB, Admin Building and ARFF
