  SCOPE OF WORK:
  
  I. MOBILIZATION
  • Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the Pest Control Treatment for Dumaguete

  II. PEST CONTROL TREATMENT
  • 1st TREATMENT (1st MONTH)
  o Conduct thorough inspection on all wooden materials found in the whole area of PTB, Admin office, CSIS, Tower/ANS Facility, including Storage and Kitchen Area, Power Plant Facility old and new, Staff House, ARFF, Met Mast and ECWS;
  o Conduct Spraying on all affected areas & non affected areas;
  o Inject termite treatment on crevices & cracks on the bldg;
  o Conduct rodding/drilling throughout perimeter of the area;
  o Installation of Termite Bait Station throughout the area; and
  o Prevention of rat infestation and extermination of pest in office furniture, fixtures, & equipment.
  • 2ND TREATMENT (2nd TO 12th MONTHS)
  o Follow-up treatment by spraying affected & non affected areas & monitoring of all bait station.
