Description : General Pest Control Services for the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines for One (1) Year: 1 LOT

I. Qualifications of the Service Provider:
 Competent and licensed contractor to provide General Comprehensive Pest Control Services specially trained technician and certified by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) and/or of the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)
 Certified for Satisfactory Service from former/current clients (3 private companies or government agencies)
 Must have minimum of fifteen (15) years in the industry
 Must be ISO 9001:2015 Certified

II. Scope of Services:
The Service Provider shall provide pest control services and supplies for the IPOPHL and shall undertake the following:
 General Pest Control Services
• The Service Provider shall identify, inspect, asses and treat all known and accessible harborage areas within the IPOPHL premises. Elimination and control of Cockroaches (German Cockroaches), and other crawling insects, houseflies, mosquitoes and other flying insects, and rodents;
