Description : Supply of labor, chemicals, equipment including the
technical supervision necessary for the
completion of integrated pest management control of
LLDA Green Building located at National Ecology Center,
East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City which includes the following areas:

Common Area, Offices, Parking Area, Roof Deck,
Garbage Room and Pump Room

Scope of Work:
*Cockroach, ants and other crawling pests
*Mosquito and fly control
*Rodent and Mice control

Period Covered:
*At least four (4) times a month for a period of one year
*Use of chemical must be environment-friendly as
certified by the appropriate government agency

Approved Budget: Php140,000.00
The following documents must be included in the submission of
price quotation:
1. Mayor's/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration
3. Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)
