2 60 ream AFAB Personalized Letterhead; Oficio( 8.5 x 13 inches); at least 120 gsm; 500 copies/ ream
Supplier must comply with the Philippine Green Public Procurement (GPP) technical specifications on multi-copy paper as follows:
-Paper should be made out of raw materials from at least 50% recycled fibre;
-Paper should be at least Elementary Chlorine Free (ECF)
-Paper wrapping and carton box packing must be from 100% recylced fibre.
Note:
-Inclusive of delivery
-Sample must be approved by end-user prior to mass printing.
Ordering Agreement:
-Delivery shall be every month or as needed.
-First delivery is 10 working days upon approval of sample.
-First delivery: 20 reams A4, 10 reams Oficio
-Succeeding deliveries must be within 15 working days upon request of end-user.
-Payment shall be based on the actual order.
