INVITATION TO BID
1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the Trust Fund (DSWD Fund-SFP) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Forty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos (₱4,844,958.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Perishable and Non-perishable Food Items for the Implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program under PB-Goods-PR No. 25-0705. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixteen weeks (16 weeks) from the received of Notice to Proceed.
