Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF PGLU TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
(EARLY PROCUREMENT)

1. The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the PGLU Annual Budget CY 2024 (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos (₱8,807,287.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Periodic Maintenance Services of PGLU Transportation Equipment - Framework Agreement / ITB No. 2025-1-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The PGLU now invites bids for the Periodic Maintenance Services of PGLU Transportation Equipment. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
