• Tender are invited for Perimeter/Subdivision survey of 1,817.5248 has. with Collective CLOAs within the province of Davao Oriental under Project SPLIT by ADMINISTRATION through JOB ORDER CONTRACT

  Description : That the work to be performed should include, but not limited to the following:
  
  1. Executes the boundary survey, running the traverse/control preferably along boundary lines, taking side shots or establishing the boundary corners and subsequently plant the 15cm x 50cm concrete monuments thereafter;
  
  2. Executes the lot Consolidation/Subdivision/Amendment Survey by the use of his own survey equipment such as Total Station, RTK or its equivalent;
  
  3. Prepares complete survey returns of the subdivided landholding with the signatures of concerned ARBs and/or MARPOs prior signature by the DAR Provincial Geodetic Engineer for evaluation as to correctness and completeness of the said Survey Returns;
  
  4. Submits the complete Survey Returns of the subdivided landholdings involving 1,817.5248 hectares with 1,292 landholdings including electronic copies of the Survey Returns to the DAR Provincial Office Survey Section for final evaluation prior submission to DAR Regional Office for e...
