1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (Capital Outlay, SB No. 03 s2024 (AO-2024-623)) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Million Pesos (₱124,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Construction and Heavy Equipment for the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
