INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF UNLEADED GASOLINE TO
BE USED FOR GRASSCUTTER, MOTORCYCLE & ETC., ASSIGNED AT THE

PROVINCIAL ENGINEER-S OFFICE FOR C.Y. 2025

The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY ONE
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,541,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF UNLEADED
GASOLINE TO BE USED FOR GRASSCUTTER, MOTORCYCLE & ETC.,
ASSIGNED AT THE PROVINCIAL ENGINEER-S OFFICE FOR C.Y. 2025 with
Procurement Reference No. A-2025-0007 & 2025-0012 Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within (One)1 Day upon Demand after the Receipt of the
