FOR THE PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (PENARO)

1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (20% Development Fund CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Four Pesos (₱2,936,664.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NV Greening Project CY-2025 for the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENARO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
