1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWOTHOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS (₱392,643.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HDPE PIPES, SDR 11 (63 MM AND 50 MM NOMINAL DIAMETERS, 60 M PER ROLL) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, BRGY. MELALE UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1259. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
