INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VHF RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FOR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT USE

1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (₱298,640.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1199. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1199. using the Public Bidding method pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
