Description : I. OBJECTIVES

To continue the existing engagement of an Offsite Records Management Storage Facility vendor for a period of two (2) years, 2023 to 2024.

II. SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor should provide the following services:
• Hauling and barcoding of ALL records boxes
a. From existing service provider to the new offsite storage provider
b. From IPOPHL to new offsite service provider
• Migration of records database inventory to the offsite computer system
• Storage and safekeeping of records
• Retrieval and delivery of records to IPOPHL whenever requested
• Timely submission of monthly transaction report to IPOPHL account officer

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years experience in providing offsite records management storage services (stated in their SEC registration)
2. Must have licensed system (Records Management and Inventory System Software, preferably (or can migrate to) RSSQL O-Neil system for tracking and barcoding (for verification)
3. Assigned Account Manager must have at least one (1) training per year on records...
