1. The Local Government Unit of Lake Wood, Zamboanga del Sur, through the 20% LDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIX TY-EIGHT PESOS & 46/100 (Php 2,999,868.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF UPGRADING OF MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEMS (TULAWAS WATER SYSTEM) AT BAKING IN THIS MUNICIPALITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lake Wood, Zamboanga del Sur now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF UPGRADING OF MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEMS (TULAWAS WATER SYSTEM) AT BAKING IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
