The Local Government Unit of Lakewood, Zamboanga del Sur, through the general fund intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS ONLY (Php 221,448.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SPARE PARTS AND OIL USE FOR POLICE PATROL CAR (PLATE NO. P7W922) IN THIS MUNICIPALITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
