Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM CENTRAL OFFICE (DARCO) FOR CY 2025
REFERENCE: PBD- DAR-2025-04
1. The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), under the General Appropriations Act and Annual Procurement Plan for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Thirteen Million, Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven and 40/100 only (PhP13,953,767.40) inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services (44 Security Personnel) for the DAR Central Office for CY 2025 for Six (6) Months (July-December, 2025)/PBD- DAR-2025-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
